For a medical emergency call 911 For a medical emergency, there is the original “free” telemedicine, 911. Call them, ASAP. Don’t mess around. Telemedicine is useful Are you sick right now? Need a prescription for something common? Urgent care can be expensive and time consuming. You can pay $40 (or nothing sometimes) to talk to a real doctor. Also, they can give you a referral to a specialist which is what you get in many cases from urgent care.

Light (Natural Light)

Light is very important to health. Eons of genetics have programmed us to sync our sleep cycle with the light of the sun. Not having enough natural light has been proven to make you sad. So sad in fact, that someone decided to make something called Seasonal Attitude Depression, or something like that, I am guessing, which is an acronym for SAD.
